How to get a PIN

You need to key in both your Library Membership number and a PIN number to use your on-line account.

When you use one of our on-line facilities for the first time, you will be asked for your user ID (barcode from your library card) and your PIN. If you haven't used this service before you should key in 0000 (four zeros) as your PIN number.

After you have completed your first renewal, reservation or have looked up information about your loans etc., you should change your PIN number.

Simply click on My Account, My Profile to access your personal information, and your PIN can be changed from the bottom of the page.

Create your PIN using from 4 to 10 numbers of your own choice.

You should remember and use this PIN number for all future use of these services.

You may use the 'Change PIN number' facility again at any time you wish.
